Regolazione del passo   •  Pitch setting The pitch of a propeller is directly proportional to the blades’ incidence angle. Once your propeller has been installed, the desired pitch can be obtained by using the Micrometric Pitch Setting device (MPS), taking care that the locking screw F has been previously loosened (fig.7). Once the pitch has been set, the propeller works automatically: the blades take the correct pitch according to the previously set angle in forward and take the fix pitch in reverse. Do not reverse at high RPM in order to avoid damage to the inside components. Protezione catodica   •  Cathodic protection is entirely made of special stainless steels, therefore no cathodic protection with zinc anodes is theoretically needed. However we suggest to install a collar zinc on the propeller’s shaft; this will guarantee better protection mainly for the other components of the boat.
